Mr. Martinez has over 20 years of experience in the field of education. He spent 7 years as a college advisor at a local high school and pioneered the “Go Center” initiative that has been adopted throughout the entire city and many high schools. He comes with extensive experience in guiding students through the college application process and has a vast network of college admissions counselors and recruiters. His efforts have been praised by educators and colleges alike. He was awarded the Very Important Counselor award by Texas A&M University, naming him as one of the top 20 college counselors in the state of Texas and has helped hundreds of students achieve their post-secondary dreams. Along with this, he has vast experience in organizing and leading college tours for local high school students. 


For the last 6 years Mr. Martinez has been a business teacher and Campus Testing Coordinator at a local high school. He holds education close to his heart and values the teaching profession deeply.

Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at El Paso, as well as his Teacher Certification. He is also a member of the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling.  


Along with his education and experience, he is passionate about the city of El Paso, enriching the lives of local youth and offering educational opportunities.

Daniel Valdez is a seasoned college readiness advisor with over 10 years of direct experience in the education field. His expertise in guiding students and their parents has proved successful as many have attended and graduated from Ivy League and various other prestigious four year universities.
His prior experience includes  working and serving as a college advisor in a local high school from 2008-2012, as the Credit by Examination Specialist at UT Austin from 2005-2008, and as an Office Assistant for the Director of the UT Austin Honors College from 2001-2005. Daniel holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso, making him a valuable asset and partner within the education and business community.
Daniel currently serves as the Coordinator of a Business Management Education Cooperative Program and as a member of TACAC (Texas Association for College Admission Counseling). His extensive track record is only complimented by his passion and willingness to ensure that each of his students has an opportunity to be successful in fulfilling their educational goals.
